Welcome to the historic Pigeon Forge First Church. Our 100 year old sanctuary is one of the oldest remaining structures still in use in the city of Pigeon Forge and we offer two traditional Sunday Morning Worship Services in that space at 9:00am and 11:00am. Our modern service, called "The Forge" meets in our Fellowship Hall. Whichever service you choose, you will find a welcoming, warm hearted congregation of friendly folks. We love tourists and residents all the same. Dress is casual but you may "dress up" if you choose. We are very orthodox and traditional in our understanding of the Christian faith- you will hear biblical messages with application to life today. We invite you to join us

....AND A NEW WORSHIP OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
Join us in The Forge Community Church on Sunday mornings at 9:30 AM in our Fellowship Hall. This new service launched in February 2021. Worship takes place in the style of a "Coffee House" that emphasizes fellowship, conversation and interaction with the message of the day. Our Future and Our Hope-Jer.29:11
In December 2022, our church voted to disaffiliate from the United Methodist Church, a denomination of which we had been a part since 1968. In our over 100 year history, this was the first time we have ever disaffiliated from anything. Our disaffiliation will be complete on April 22 when a Special/Called Session of the Holston Annual Conference votes to allow some 230 congregations in the Holston Conference to disaffiliate along with us. As we come to the end of this painful process, we look forward to becoming a member congregation of the Global Methodist Church on May 29, 2023. We trust that our God has led us to this place. We are in the process of envisioning how we might be used by our God to be a blessing to our community in the years and are working to clarify our church’s mission, vision and values. Parents Day Out
Our school year begins on August 15 and we are now taking registrations for children who would like to be enrolled in this Fall. PDO is open on Mondays and Wednesdays and we would love to have your child join with us. Click the "Parent's Day Out" tab at the top of this page for more information and a registration form. Please include your registration fees with the form.
